Internal description:
The front door leads into an open plan lounge area with air conditioning, comfortable seating, SKY TV with 42 INCH widescreen PLASMA TV and DVD player. There is also a large selection of DVD films to watch providing something to suit all the family, particularly children. Three large patio windows provide access to the shaded terrace and garden as well as panoramic views out to sea. The dining area is a particularly charming feature of the property, circular in shape and with seating for up to 6 people to dine and relax. The spacious open plan kitchen is made to a very high specification with granite work surfaces and appliances that include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave plus an iPOD SPEAKER/DOCKING station so you can bring your favourite music along too.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, fully fitted wardrobes and black out blinds providing protection from the bright sunshine. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite shower room with sink and WC and a private shaded verandah/terrace on which to relax. Bedroom 2 comes with twin single beds and an ensuite bathroom comprising bath with shower unit over, sink and WC. Bedroom 3 also comes with twin single beds and is conveniently situated opposite the family shower room also with sink and WC.

Immediately to the rear of the property is a large shaded terrace area with table and chairs for relaxing whilst taking in the views to the sea. A large feature BBQ is close by for those wishing to enjoy the local fish and meat which can be obtained near by. The rest of the established garden is attractively landscaped and comprises a lawned area, palm trees and various other flowers, trees and shrubs. The HEATED swimming pool (with steps into) measures 8 metres by 4 metres (approximately 26 feet by 13 feet) and is surrounded by a patio area with 6 sun beds.
